Making a worthy cocktail is easier than it looks. In this videoblog, head bartender, Joe Canta, shows how.
COUNTER COSMO
- 3 1/2 oz Organic Lavender & Rosemary infused vodka
- 2 oz Organic Cranberry Juice
- 1 oz Triple Sec
- 1 small rosemary branch
- 1 wedge fresh lime, 3 fresh blueberries, 1 cranberry
Preparation:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with a large scoop of ice.
- Pour in vodka, cranberry juice & Triple Sec & shake for a slow count of 10.
- Strain into a a chilled martini glass & squeeze a touch of fresh lime juice on top.
- Remove the bottom leaves from the rosemary branch & skewer with blueberries and cranberry.
- Immediately before serving, lightly flame the top of the rosemary just until it starts smoking.
