Make an Organic Cosmo Like a Pro. A Fun Videoblog Shows How. COUNTER VEGETARIAN RESTAURANT BLOG

Making a worthy cocktail is easier than it looks. In this videoblog, head bartender, Joe Canta, shows how.

COUNTER COSMO

  • 3 1/2 oz  Organic Lavender & Rosemary infused vodka
  • 2 oz  Organic Cranberry Juice
  • 1 oz Triple Sec
  • 1 small rosemary branch
  • 1 wedge fresh lime, 3 fresh blueberries, 1 cranberry

Preparation:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with a large scoop of ice.
  2. Pour in vodka, cranberry juice & Triple Sec & shake for a slow count of 10.
  3. Strain into a a chilled martini glass & squeeze a touch of fresh lime juice on top.
  4. Remove the bottom leaves from the rosemary branch & skewer with blueberries and cranberry.
  5. Immediately before serving, lightly flame the top of the rosemary just until it starts smoking.
  6. Cheers!
